Workplace Experience Team Lead

Lead and mentor a team of 5 across four Estonian offices (Tallinn and Tartu) to ensure smooth day-to-day workplace operations, drive consistency and high standards in workspace experiences, and guide events and culture initiatives. Own workplace experience across Tallinn and Tartu, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Collaborate with People and IT on onboarding/offboarding, compliance, health and safety, risk assessments, and asset management. The role is a 18-month contract based in Tallinn, Estonia, with a hybrid model requiring at least 12 in-office days monthly; fluency in Estonian and English and strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are valued.
