Job Summary
Coordinate daily office operations including visitor management, reception duties, and facilities coordination per workplace experience support playbooks. Manage office equipment, supplies, and inventory while overseeing maintenance requests for furniture, security systems, and environmental controls. Liaise with building management, vendors, and landlords to handle security protocols, safety compliance, and monthly billing reconciliations. Fulfill service requests via ServiceNow, coordinate meetings and events, and support new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks. Perform daily location walk-throughs to address maintenance issues and ensure the office remains safe and well-maintained.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree or 2 years of experience preferred
- Ability to communicate, effectively with a diverse audience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to learn programs/software utilized by the firm
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities
- Effective organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent people skills
- Strong grammar and proofreading skills
- Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes and handouts, etc.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects
- Intermediate knowledge of facilities management
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be punctual and able to adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely
- Maintains professionalism in demeanor, conversation and attire
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a related field or area
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Has the ability to respond positively to changing circumstances

- Works collaboratively with the workplace experience support supervisor/manager
- Prior experience in a professional office environment
- Expectation that you will work in-office five (5) days per week
