Job Summary
Workplace Experience Specialist responsible for office operations management, vendor management, events, HSE support, data management, and employee experience initiatives to enhance workplace productivity, wellbeing, collaboration, and engagement. Core duties include ensuring a safe, comfortable office environment; coordinating meeting room bookings and space planning; supporting relocations/renovations; collecting and analyzing employee feedback; driving onboarding improvements; organizing internal communications and events; managing vendor relationships and contract renewals; and contributing to budget tracking and data reporting to optimize workplace services.
Required Qualifications
