Job Summary
Part-time Workplace Experience Specialist in Raleigh; supports Raleigh office across Facility Management, Kitchen & Food Service, and Events & Office Culture. Responsibilities include coordinating office maintenance, furniture moves, floor plan documentation, IT coordination, stocking and cleaning of kitchen, catering support, event setup, culture initiatives, administrative tasks such as shipping and Zendesk ticket monitoring, and coordinating office projects. Requires 1+ year in a professional office setting, in-office schedule 5 days/week (12:00 PM–5:00 PM daily), and 20-25 hours/week; proficiency with G-Suite or Office 365; ability to lift 25–50 lbs; strong customer service and communication skills; preferred facilities management experience and high-tech environment exposure.
