Job Summary
Workplace Experience Program Manager in Dublin leading health & safety compliance, global standardization of workplace systems, and vendor/security coordination across multiple offices. Own and advance regulatory compliance posture across EMEA, serve as primary escalation point during local hours, partner with IT/Security to unify badge access and visitor protocols, manage vendor relationships and program budgets, and drive scalable WX operations with autonomy. Requires 5+ years in a global multi-site environment, strong PM skills, and ability to operate across jurisdictions; hybrid in-office role with at least two in-office days weekly in Dublin.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or workplace/facilities management in a global, multi-site environment
- Demonstrated experience owning Health & Safety programs across multiple jurisdictions (UK and EU)
- Strong project management fundamentals; ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Autonomy and sound judgment in decision-making
- Experience managing or integrating vendor, security, or facilities systems across multiple locations
- Comfort with AI tools to drive operational efficiency
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Confluence, or similar tools
- Nice to have: experience in tech/startup/high-growth environments; familiarity with access control and AV/meeting room tech; First Aid and Food Safety certifications
