Job Summary
Workplace Experience & Culture Specialist in the Toronto office responsible for owning the office environment and community experience. Acts as the primary face of the Toronto office, manages reception and onboarding/offboarding in partnership with HR, leads local events, oversees vendor relationships, budgeting, and office operations, enforces health and safety standards, manages inventory and office supplies, tracks occupancy and utility data, drafts high-energy communications, and coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure employees feel integrated and supported. Requires 2-3 years of experience in workplace experience, corporate hospitality, or a similar administrative role with autonomous operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex logistical projects. Must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setups and inventory. Location is in-person at the Toronto office five days a week, with reporting to the Head of Workplace Strategy.
