Job Summary
DataDome's Workplace Experience & Office Manager will drive employee well-being, onboarding events, and a positive, inclusive workplace across Paris and global offices. Responsibilities include organizing offsite and team-building events, coordinating onboarding and corporate onboarding sessions, managing office operations and facilities, budgeting and vendor contracts, supporting travel via Navan, vendor and supplier management, mail and logistics, and fostering strong cross-office communications. The role requires 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager or equivalent, fluency in French and English, and strong project-management and stakeholder-relations skills. This is a hybrid Paris-based position with a 4-day in-office pattern and a stipend to set up the workspace.
Required Qualifications
