Job Summary
Lead the New York Workplace Experience by owning the office operations, employee experience, events, and culture; serve as the primary Workplace representative for the New York hub, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and facilities, design and execute events and programs, partner with Recruiting, IT, and People ops, foster community, and ensure a hospitality-focused, efficient, and scalable workplace experience across locales.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, employee experience, events, or a related field
- Proven ability to independently manage a workplace or office environment
- Strong project management skills
- Experience planning and executing events of varying sizes and complexity
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong vendor management and budget management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Naturally proactive and creative with ideas to improve workplace programming
- Able to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
