Job Summary
Lead and optimize daily Workplace Experience operations, including front desk coverage, office upkeep, and a multi-faceted food program. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining service standards and playbooks, managing vendors and budgets, coordinating events and culture initiatives, supporting onboarding and HR collaboration for space planning, and troubleshooting visitor-management and room devices. Requires 3–5 years of progressive workplace experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong organizational and leadership skills, adaptability in a high-touch environment, and the ability to balance oversight with hands-on execution. Must be comfortable with budgeting, cost tracking, and learning new workplace-technology tools; physical duties include standing/walking and occasional lifting.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive workplace experience in office operations, facilities support, hospitality, or related field
- supervisory responsibility over front-of-house or office services roles
- ability to develop and maintain service standards, operational playbooks, and procedures
- ownership of budgets and ongoing program improvements related to food services, facilities coordination, and office readiness
- comfort with workplace technology and systems for reception, conference rooms, and office operations
- physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/move office supplies or food service items
- ability to forecast budgets and perform variance analysis
