Job Summary

Lead day-to-day office operations, overseeing facilities coordination, reception, food and beverage programs, janitorial services, maintenance, and general office supplies to ensure a safe, compliant, and highly functional environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and vendors, managing local vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and monitoring vendor performance to drive continuous improvement. Support the development and execution of local engagement initiatives, acting as a visible workplace ambassador to foster a welcoming culture while gathering employee feedback to enhance services. Lead planning and execution of workplace events, leadership visits, and town halls, managing logistics including catering, vendor coordination, and space planning to ensure seamless experiences for employees, visitors, and company leaders. Provide day-to-day leadership for office support staff, partner with the Site Leader and Site Committee, and assist in site-level budget planning and forecasting. Full-time, onsite role in the NYC office (5 days per week) with flexibility for occasional early morning, evening, or after-hours events.

Required Qualifications

  • Flexibility to support occasional early morning, evening, or after-hours events (approximately 5–10% of time)
  • Ability to move throughout the workplace and support event setup, inspections, and operational activities as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience working within a corporate workplace, facilities, hospitality, or employee experience environment preferred
