Job Summary
Lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of Cresta's global workplace facilities footprint. Oversee global offices, real estate strategy, office build-outs, renovations, and expansions; develop and execute comprehensive workplace strategies that align physical spaces with employee experience programs and business needs. Manage property partnerships, safety/compliance programs, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operations while partnering with executives to support Cresta’s headquarters and overall culture. Drive employee experience initiatives, events, and communications; ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget; balance global consistency with local needs across offices (San Francisco and Sunnyvale, CA) with a Bay Area in-office presence (three days per week). Require 7+ years in related functions, strong project management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and a service-oriented mindset to deliver exceptional workplace experiences that enable high performance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years leading global workplace experience, facilities, office operations, employee experience, or related functions
- Bay Area-based role requiring a strong in-office presence across San Francisco and Sunnyvale; in-office three days per week
- Experience supporting multiple offices, regions, or distributed teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executives, managers, employees, and external vendors
- Negotiation skills with multi-million dollar budgets
- Project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Expertise in workplace safety requirements, accommodations, accessibility considerations, and employee support needs
- Ability to balance global consistency with local needs across offices
