Job Summary
Partner with customers to tailor experience initiatives aligned with their mission-critical activities and architect memorable site events focused on increasing employee productivity and engagement. Lead front-of-house services, manage venue logistics and room setups for curated events, and conduct site tours for guests while embedding into the environment to support service teams. Observe the workplace to identify experiential needs, reconfigure spaces for collaboration, and deliver environments that promote workforce health and well-being. Measure event success through quantitative and qualitative methods and present monthly reports on return on investment. Engage with the local community by networking with start-ups and organizations to enhance the community experience and create incremental revenue streams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing or similar
- 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role (e.g. facilities management, event management, concierge, hospitality, front desk)
- 5-7 years customer service experience in dealing with high-touch clients
- Demonstrated leadership and vision with influencing people
- Experience in planning, budgeting and marketing
- Strong computer proficiency skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
- Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization
- Creates and builds positive and productive relationships
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
