Job Summary
Part-Time Office Coordinator responsible for creating an inclusive, hospitable workplace and supporting the Office Manager. On-site in London three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday). Key duties include managing reception and visitor access, maintaining the office footprint, ensuring safety and security compliance, handling confidential matters, coordinating onboarding/offboarding with People & Culture, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Security, supporting office events and programs (including Diversity & Inclusion and All Hands), and providing regional backup coverage. Strong emphasis on administration, event setup, supplies management, mail/packages processing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and comfort with Zendesk/Canva as applicable;Certified First Aider and Fire Warden experience or willingness to train is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office management, coordination, or a similar administrative role
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Slack
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
