Job Summary
Create a warm, welcoming environment for employees, guests, and new hires by owning the day-to-day look and feel of the office. Order and manage office refreshments, snacks, and food programs while coordinating employee engagement activities, team events, and culture moments. Serve as the primary point of contact for office maintenance requests and support HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and assisting with onboarding logistics. Manage office supply inventory, track attendance and headcount data, and support offboarding logistics such as equipment collection and exit coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years office related experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an office coordinator, HR admin, receptionist, EA, or people-facing operations role
- Genuinely warm, personable, and energized by being around and supporting people
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Proactive mindset — spots what needs to be done and does it without being asked
- Comfortable with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and working in HR or office management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to being a consistent, dependable presence in the office
- Experience supporting HR or People teams in an administrative capacity
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms or office management tools
- Experience coordinating events or employee engagement activities
