Job Summary
Own and manage the reception experience at the European headquarters in Frankfurt, including greeting visitors and employees, answering phones, directing calls, receiving and sorting mail, printing badges, and delivering a white-glove level of service. Maintain tidy common areas, order office supplies, and support executives with on-site coordination (conference rooms, desk/user space, catering, and vendor access) while ensuring space is prepared and compliant with security protocols. Collaborate with Concierge and Workplace teams on events (birthdays, anniversaries, team outings, holiday recognition, game nights, and trade nights) and continuously improve standard operating procedures. This role reports to the Director, Real Estate/Facilities Management and requires five days per week on-site at our Frankfurt office. Candidates should possess strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and the ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
