Job Summary
Lead and elevate workplace services delivery as the Workplace Experience Assistant Manager at JLL in Mumbai. Oversee daily operations, coach and develop the Workplace Experience Enablers, manage vendor relationships and service contracts, monitor SOPs and SLAs, drive continuous improvement, and enhance occupant experiences through proactive problem solving, strategic operations, and effective stakeholder communications. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field, 3-5 years in hospitality/facilities/workplace services, and at least 2 years of team leadership. Proven ability to analyze operational data, manage incidents and emergencies, coordinate with security and facilities, and lead cost-optimization initiatives while maintaining service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in hospitality, facilities management, or workplace services
- At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts
