Job Summary
Proactively welcome tenants and visitors with premium concierge and personalized lobby services while delivering exceptional food and beverage operations in conference rooms. Coordinate daily workplace activities, tenant activation initiatives, and community-building events, liaising with preferred suppliers to drive service innovation. Provide table service for beverages in executive lounge areas and respond promptly to tenant feedback to maintain asset standards. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an option to extend, supported by Accor's Heartist membership, global loyalty rewards, and access to industry-leading training platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hospitality or hotel background with experience in premium food and beverage service
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing, concierge, or luxury guest services role
- Proven capability in co-ordinating and planning events with seamless operational delivery
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for curating personalised customer experiences
- Valid National Police Check
