Job Summary
Workplace Experience Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional guest services and first-point-of-contact experience for visitors at the Dublin site. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing visitor sign-in with NDA, guiding guests through the reception and lobby areas, cross-training as GSA and Lobby Host to support business demand, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, providing information and assistance to guests, supporting security and pre-registration processes, and promoting concierge services. Requires a strong hospitality/customer-service mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficient IT skills (Gmail/Google Docs), excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, discretion and confidentiality, collaboration with internal teams and hosts, and alignment with Salesforce brand standards. Familiarity with Salesforce products/directions and participation in company initiatives is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality/Retail experience preferred but not essential
- Strong Customer service background in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate-advanced IT skills (Gmail and Google docs preferred but not essential)
- Inter-personal skills: Passionate attitude for Customer service
- Able to prioritise effectively
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Team player & problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including understanding for the use of confidentiality and diplomacy
- Excellent multi-tasking, project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
