Job Summary
Lead the San Francisco hub’s day-to-day operations and oversee employee engagement programs, including offsites and onboarding experiences. Manage the travel program end-to-end while ensuring high service quality and financial discipline. Requires a proven track record in workplace operations with strong organizational and operational instincts. Must be skilled in cross-functional collaboration and capable of designing measurable program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in workplace ops, employee experience, or people ops in a fast-paced environment
- Strong operational instincts
- Strong experience instincts
- Ability to design backward from outcomes
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing travel programs, offsites, and vendor relationships with budget accountability
