Workplace Customer Experience Officer Analyst

Job Summary
Develop, support and optimize the multi-channel Customer Experience operations within a corporate environment, coordinating on-site meetings and events, monitoring KPI reporting via Excel and dashboards, and maintaining SharePoint and internal CMS tools. Collaborate with Workplace, Marketing and Technology Support teams to identify process improvements and optimize service delivery models. Analyze customer experience processes and propose improvements leveraging digital tools and workplace platforms. Manage stakeholder communication (internal teams, vendors, clients) ensuring alignment and service quality. Support sourcing activities and supplier trends analysis to drive continuous improvement of service models. Ensure compliance with internal policies and recommend updates. Perform operational and data analysis to support decision-making and customer experience optimization. Identify technological opportunities (automation, platform improvements) to enhance workplace services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Meeting & Events, Workplace Management or Customer Experience operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint in a professional environment
- English level minimum B2, spoken and written
- Professional experience coordinating events, meetings or workplace services in corporate environments
- Experience with KPI reporting and dashboard tracking tools
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT Support, Workplace Services)
- Experience in supplier management or sourcing activities within corporate services
- Experience contributing to process improvement or operational transformation initiatives
