Job Summary
Coordinate daily delivery of technical maintenance services including HVAC operations, electrical systems, plumbing, and building controls across the facility. Receive, log, prioritize, and dispatch technical work orders through CMMS while monitoring building automation systems for alarms and performance anomalies. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical rooms, electrical closets, and rooftops, then coordinate contractor activities and verify completed work. Respond professionally to occupant requests regarding temperature, lighting, and power issues, and serve as first responder to building emergencies during business hours. Maintain accurate technical documentation and support preventive maintenance schedules. This role requires 48 weekly hours and is based on-site in Bengaluru, KA.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities coordination, building maintenance, technical services, or supporting building engineering operations
- Working knowledge of commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and track work order status effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting aptitude with a hands-on mentality
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with a customer service orientation and professional demeanor
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CMMS software
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, equipment specifications, and maintenance schedules

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Building Systems, HVAC, Electrical, Facilities Management, or related field
- Experience with energy management programs, sustainability initiatives, and utility monitoring
