Job Summary
Workplace Experience Coordinator needed at Metropolis’ Nashville HQ to manage daily office operations, vendor relationships, and the employee experience. Responsibilities include facilities management, reception and guest services, access control, inventory and mail management, ticketing and internal requests, conference-room scheduling, cross-functional liaison with IT, Finance, and People Team for onboarding, and coordinating workplace events and daily perks. The role requires 2+ years in workplace experience or office operations, strong organization and multitasking, vendor/budget management, and experience with Google Workspace and startup/high-growth culture initiatives. The position is on-site with a strict five-days-per-week office requirement and offers base pay in the hourly range of $25.00–$33.00 USD, contingent on experience and location.
