Job Summary
A customer-focused Workplace Coordinator role at JLL based in Sydney, NSW. You will be the friendly first face for employee questions and feedback about workplace services, implement the client-site experience program, and ensure high-quality experiences for staff and visitors. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional client experience, coordinating and walking through the workplace to ensure services run smoothly, collecting information to create reports on meeting client needs, planning and running events to enhance the workplace vibe, greeting people at entrances for at least two hours daily, responding to requests within one day and following up to resolve issues, and collaborating with Facilities, Engineering, Projects, and other teams to deliver great workplace experiences. Key skills include hospitality and facilities/property management experience, outstanding customer service, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, collaboration, adaptability to new technologies, and a proactive, engaging approach to creating a welcoming workplace culture. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, facilities / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
- Ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications
