Job Summary
Responsible for the implementation, operation, and continuous optimization of the Microsoft 365-based Digital Workplace collaboration platform. Deliver secure, stable, and user-centric collaboration services, and actively support adoption and evolution of modern workplace technologies. Key duties include implementing and operating Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business; provisioning and maintaining Microsoft 365 workloads; optimizing the 365 tenant; serving as SME for Microsoft 365 components; designing and maintaining cloud solutions aligned with enterprise standards; developing automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; monitoring roadmap and introducing new features; providing international 2nd/3rd level support; collaborating with regional teams; creating and maintaining documentation; enforcing governance and technical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- +3 years of experience in Digital Workplace and Microsoft 365 environments
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Copilot; governance, administration, lifecycle management; security and data protection
- Fluent in English
