Job Summary

Develop business-aligned location strategies and future-state recommendations by transforming workforce trends and organizational changes into portfolio investment proposals. Build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and key collaborators to act as the primary strategic liaison between Workplace Strategy & Site Operations and designated business units. Conduct external market analysis to inform workforce distribution and evaluate location opportunities, while developing executive presentations for leadership review. Sponsor workplace initiatives from strategy through implementation, partnering with Global Site Operations, Global Workplace Delivery, and Global Workplace Experience to ensure business objectives are represented. Provide workforce planning inputs and strategic recommendations that inform governance and approval processes, including the Global Workplace Approval Committee, while identifying risks and organizational impacts associated with workplace decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, business relationship management, consulting, or long-term business development
  • Experience formulating workplace, portfolio, or location approaches in a complex global organization
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and collaborators
  • Experience crafting arguments, well-founded proposals, and analyses of return on investment
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and collaborator management skills
  • Experience with workplace strategy, corporate real estate, workforce planning, and portfolio management
  • Strong understanding of workplace trends, hybrid work models, organizational build, and new technologies impacting the future of work
  • Ability to develop creative concepts and promoting new ideas
  • Working experience with abstract ideas and future-state planning
  • Experience leading the approach to complex, self-directed assignments
  • Passion for introducing innovative ideas that influence significant business decisions

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with workplace strategy, corporate real estate, workforce planning, and portfolio management is preferred
  • Strong understanding of workplace trends, hybrid work models, organizational build, and new technologies impacting the future of work
