Workplace Ambassador

Paramount Workplace Ambassador role in a corporate office setting supporting day-to-day meetings and events, desk-space reservations and logistics. You will greet guests, escort them to locations, serve as a liaison between Paramount group contacts and Pyramid Global Meeting & Event Managers, assist with office tickets for AV/IT and facility issues, help execute events, coordinate with AV/IT, food vendors, and transportation of materials, monitor occupancy and spaces using internal systems, ensure spaces are clean and prepared, and provide administrative support to general manager and event managers. Requires strong customer service experience, exceptional communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a proactive, relationship-building approach. High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 1 year of hospitality/customer service experience is preferred. Compensation: $30.00-$32.00 per hour (annualized to $62,400-$66,560) with comprehensive benefits including 401k matching and paid time off.
