Job Summary
Workplace Agent role focused on front-of-house operations: greet and assist employees and visitors, manage reception duties, access passes and lockers, coordinate meeting rooms and AV setups, support mailroom and courier activities, respond to helpdesk requests, liaise with workplace teams, conduct site floor walks and audits, and ensure safety/compliance with workplace policies. Requires 2+ years in a customer-facing or reception role, strong communication, solid MS Office skills, organization, and a professional demeanor. Office location is Perth, Australia, with full-time hours and emphasis on service excellence and workplace hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Year 12; additional qualifications in hospitality or admin a plus
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or reception-based role
- Tech-savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
