Job Summary
Workplace Advisory Manager leading strategic AI governance, change management, and adoption for AI transformation programs with a focus on Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Cowork. Develop and implement agentic governance, enterprise change strategies, communication plans, and training tailored to AI transformation. Manage and mentor consultants across client engagements; drive stakeholder alignment with executive sponsors; define and operationalize governance programs that deliver measurable business impacts. Guide clients in adopting emerging technologies like Microsoft Copilot as part of transformation programs; shape AI adoption methodologies, tools, and assets for scalable delivery. Contribute to business development by shaping workforce transformation strategies in proposals and client conversations. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning, and navigate dynamic client environments. Promote continuous learning and innovation within the OCM team. Willingness to travel in North America (50–75%).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years in client-facing change management roles
- lead transformation programs with governance and change management elements
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and large-scale rollouts
- strong communication, executive storytelling, and facilitation skills
- ability to operate in matrixed environments and across business/technical domains
- willingness to travel within North America (up to 50–75%)
- advanced degree or MBA; certifications in change management and AI fundamentals preferred
