Job Summary
Lead and manage Workplace Advisory engagements, guiding technology-enabled business outcomes for clients. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic direction, steer large client engagements and teams to drive innovation, collaboration, and productivity, and champion AI adoption at scale. Develop employee-centric experience and organisation transformation strategies, assist with sales efforts and RFP responses, craft client proposals, and deliver presentations. The role supports Sydney and Melbourne candidates, with willingness to travel interstate for project requirements.

- Solid consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience strategies
- Experience delivering and selling large, integrated workplace solutions
