Job Summary
Lead employee listening programs and translate insights into executive-ready narratives for enterprise clients in Canada; hybrid role with up to 80% travel to client sites; leverage Viva Glint, Microsoft 365 integrations; design and deploy surveys, manage lifecycle, analyze data, and advise CHRO-level stakeholders with actionable recommendations; develop dashboards and reports linking employee experience data to business outcomes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven action planning and change initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience with survey platforms and analytics tools (Viva Glint strongly preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in employee listening and engagement survey programs
- 2+ years’ experience interpreting organizational metrics and HR data and translating into insights
- Understanding of psychometrics and employee experience measurement frameworks
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire)
