Job Summary
Workplace Administrator responsible for front-desk coverage and acting as primary contact for two WWEX Group Mexico offices; manage office coordination, vendor interactions, and coordination with HR for onboarding/offboarding; support moves/construction projects, scheduling meetings, room bookings, mail/packages handling, and office supplies; ensure inviting workplace experience, and assist with special projects and events across Monterrey offices; bilingual in Spanish and English; proficient in MS Office; strong organization and attention to detail with project-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced project management/administrative/clerical support role in a corporate environment.
