Job Summary
Prepare detailed workpacks covering scope, materials, drawings, procedures, and execution plans for site activities. Liaise with engineering, planning, construction, and HSE teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Review engineering deliverables to translate them into clear, executable work instructions while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory specifications. Track progress, update documentation, and support change management processes. Provide technical support during work execution and resolve documentation-related queries. Identify opportunities to improve workpack processes, templates, and workflows. Operate on a 11-day rolling fortnight of 10-hour days with accommodation and meal allowances provided if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Workpack Engineer, Construction Engineer, or similar technical role
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
- Familiarity with workpack systems, planning tools, and document management platforms
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder‐management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workpacks simultaneously
- Valid Safety Passport
Desired Qualifications
- HNC/HND or degree in Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
- Site‐based experience is advantageous (if relevant to your industry)
