Workover/Completions Lead

Job Summary
Provide on-site oversight and coordination of work activities including facility construction, pipeline construction, compressor installation, down hole well completions, recompletions, remedial work, and high pressure well recompletions. Ensure all operations comply with safety policies, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Operations, Planning, Scheduling, and vendors to minimize operational interruptions. Track daily progress, costs, and field ticket invoices while verifying billing and expenditures. Oversee materials receiving, acceptance, and installation at the site. Complete required documentation and reporting activities. Requires 10+ years of workover experience, Wellview software proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with workover
- Software experience with Wellview
- Provides oversight for multiple functional areas through senior lead staff
- Responsible across the operation for strategic/functional support
- Adapts and executes functional business plans; deploys resources to achieve financial and business objectives
- Decisions are guided by functional strategies/priorities
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability/willingness to travel
