Job Summary
Administer Workload Automation platforms, primarily Automic (UC4) and Redwood, by installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining automation platforms and agents. Manage users, roles, permissions, and platform security while monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis. Configure and support High Availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions, and administer Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, and Python to support Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL database environments. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including TCP/IP and firewalls. Provide maintenance, operational support, and participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation within a hybrid work model requiring three days per week on-site in Campinas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- English fluency
- Experience with Workload Automation platforms, primarily Automic (UC4) and Redwood
- Database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL)
- Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems administration
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting)
- Scripting and automation (Shell Script, PowerShell, and Python)
- Availability for a 24/7 on-call support rotation
- Hybrid work model: 3 days per week on-site in Campinas
