Requires deep knowledge of mainframe/workload automation space (CA 7, ESP, IBM Workload Scheduler) and distributed scheduling (AutoSys, Automic); strong leadership in agile release planning, market research, and cross-functional coordination to maximize product value and profitability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 12+ years of related experience
  • Experience with product management in enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of mainframe workload automation (CA 7, ESP, IBM Workload Scheduler) and distributed scheduling (AutoSys, Automic)
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and Go-To-Market skills
  • Experience with Agile development processes
  • Ability to build business cases, roadmaps, and release plans
  • Customer-facing experience and ability to lead engagements with customers and analysts
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and deliver features across releases
