Job Summary
Partner with Retail Banking leadership to execute strategies that attract, retain, and grow commercial and small business client relationships. Develop and implement district engagement plans while onboarding WORKlife accounts and maintaining active contact with existing and new business owners. Present financial wellness solutions to company leaders and employees through group presentations and one-on-one consultations, leveraging partnerships across banking lines. Provide coaching and feedback to associates, lead regional huddles, and manage performance goals while ensuring adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years client experience in banking and/or in the financial services industry
- experience working with businesses and organizations
- experience in a retail or business banking role within First Financial
- 5-7 years sales and service experience
- previous success in achieving sales and service goals in a retail or business environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- equivalent experience combination of education and work experience in sales
- Strong working knowledge related to consumer and commercial banking
- knowledge of deposits
- knowledge of credit
- knowledge of treasury
- knowledge of employee benefit programs
- knowledge of investments
- Demonstrated success with consultative, needs-based selling
