Job Summary
Lead fundraising strategy and revenue diversification across integrated 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities. Cultivate major donors, strengthen donor stewardship, and manage prospect research, grant management, and database systems. Oversee two experienced staff to ensure operational excellence in financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue forecasting. Partner with the Executive Director to position the organization strategically and translate complex organizing work into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
