Job Summary
Lead field crew in wet utility installation (water and sewer) for commercial projects; run equipment; hire and manage crew; order materials; complete jobs largely independently (90% self-sufficient). For the higher-level Utility Division Lead, manage the entire wet utility operation, assist with project pricing and estimating, create schedules and plan manpower, review job costs, and drive efficiency, accountability, and profitability, with potential profit sharing. Must have proven experience with water and sewer utilities and demonstrate strong leadership and ownership.
