Working Supervisor (Electrical)

Job Summary
Oversee maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems for five commercial buildings, leading a small team in both planned and reactive maintenance. Perform hands-on electrical work as needed, ensure tasks meet contract KPIs, complete PPM and reactive maintenance on time, conduct site and safety inspections, coordinate and supervise specialist subcontractors, and maintain accurate documentation in client systems with regular reporting using Word and Excel. Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30. Electrically qualified with supervisory experience preferred; strong communication and leadership to drive a high standard of service and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Experience in a building services/facilities environment (supervisory experience ideal)
- Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems
- Computer literate – proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
