Job Summary
Analyze vendor due diligence reports, SPA's, and transaction documentation. Collaborate on structuring and applying transaction insurance solutions, including W&I, supporting the process from risk analysis and market approach to policy placement. Contribute to developing internal templates, processes, and knowledge documents. Conduct market research on developments within transaction insurance. Support the team with daily deal activities and commercial assignments. Requires a Master in Law (preferably Corporate Law), strong analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. Available for a minimum of three days per week for a year.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law (preferably Corporate Law or similar)
- Affinity with M&A, finance and/or insurance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, oral and written
- Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week, preferably for the duration of a year
