Job Summary
Support the implementation of a new global job grading system through data preparation, documentation, and coordination. Assist with job architecture and evaluation activities while maintaining and organizing Total Rewards data. Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials, and help validate HR data quality. Gain exposure to People Analytics and HR reporting based on team priorities. This Working Student role is part of the Total Rewards & People Analytics team at Datwyler, a global high-tech company with over 8,000 employees. Candidates must be enrolled at a university in Switzerland or Germany and possess strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or MSc student in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- You enjoy working with data and have a structured and accurate way of working
- You are fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
- You are enrolled at an university in Switzerland or Germany at the time of the internship
Desired Qualifications
- strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- experience with Power BI
