Job Summary
Analyze inventory flow, stock-outs, and unhealthy stock trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements. Generate structured data packages for supplier meetings and support inbound order tracking while bridging communication between vendors and warehouse partners. Build, maintain, and automate operational reports, stock projection models, and workflow documentation using SQL, Excel, and Tableau. Assist with daily operations, cross-functional projects, and emergency troubleshooting as needed. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain or Data Analytics with proficiency in Excel and SQL. Join our growing Berlin-based beauty e-commerce team to contribute to process optimizations and strategic alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field
- at least one year of studies remaining
- Proficiency or initial experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- SQL
- foundational understanding of Inventory Management
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally
- proficiency in English
