Job Summary
Build JIRA structures, consolidate project data for dashboards, and support project leaders with KPIs. Implement checks and reconciliation routines to ensure accurate reporting data. Define, document, and deploy Jira/Confluence conventions, templates, and workflow guidelines. Produce how-to guides, run workshops, and onboard teams on new tools. Requires enrollment in a relevant degree program, strong English skills, and an analytical mindset. Work up to 20 hours per week in Kiel, Germany, with mobile working options.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Industrial Engineering or a similar field of study
- Strong written and spoken English skills to collaborate effectively in an international environment
- An analytical way of thinking
- Sharp attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving orientation
- Excellent skills in structuring, writing, and maintaining clear and organized documentation
- You must be properly enrolled for the duration of your employment
- You can work up to 20 hours per week during the lecture period
- Mobile working is possible - but your main place of work is Kiel
