Job Summary
Conduct daily research on current social media trends across Instagram and TikTok, while monitoring competitor best practices to inform creative content strategy. Draft captions and targeted texts for various platforms, then collaborate with artist and campaign managers to develop and execute social media concepts and campaigns. Assist in planning and implementing text, image, and video content, and generate short reports on trends, performance, and learnings. Maintain and evolve the client's social media channels based on evolving platform logics and audience needs.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Bereich Content, Social Media, Branded Content oder Creative Strategy (z. B. Agentur, Creator Economy, Medien)
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für kreative Trends, Plattformlogiken (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Talents, Creators oder Kampagnenteams
- Social Media Verständnis & die Fähigkeit, eine Idee in ein Konzept umzuwandeln
- Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
