Job Summary
Prepare and improve presentations and client materials while supporting meeting follow-ups and proposal development. Maintain CRM data, manage the sales pipeline, and conduct market and competitor research. Coordinate information gathering for RFPs and RFIs, support client and prospect events, and assist with business development initiatives. Help identify and implement process improvements within the Client Advisory & Solutions team at Anthos Fund & Asset Management. Available approximately two days per week on a three-month contract with extension possibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Interested in investments and financial markets
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with CRM systems and AI tools such as Copilot
- Available approximately 2 days per week
- The role is a full-time position; 4 days per week is negotiable
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
