Job Summary
Execute and maintain the assortment strategy for CYBEX Retail stores by defining product mix, price levels, and commercial assortment shares. Implement Go-to-market strategies aligned with global launch dates and campaigns while collaborating with merchandise and demand planning to optimize sell-out results and markdowns. Act as the interface between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support the Store team with administration and CRM tasks. Stay informed on consumer trends and align with regional peers to build a cohesive omnichannel strategy. This role is based in Bayreuth or Munich for a student with a driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, international management with a focus on retail
- Some practical experience in industry
- Very good analytical skills
- Extensive organizational skills
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good command of written and spoken German and English
- Valid driver's license (in Germany)
- Communicative and open manner
- Structured, detail-oriented and independent way of working
- Location in Bayreuth or Munich
