Job Summary
Create and maintain scheduling agreements in SAP while conducting data analyses to support procurement strategies and decision-making. Coordinate supplier inquiries, follow up on requests, and contribute to cross-functional projects. Review and process price adjustments, and assist in analyzing and optimizing procurement processes. This working student role requires availability for 10 to 20 hours per week during the semester, with capacity to increase to 37 hours during breaks. The position supports the Vibracoustic Aftermarket GmbH team within the global Freudenberg Group, which aims to make the world cleaner and healthier.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering with a business focus, or a comparable field of study
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Strong team player with a proactive and hands-on mindset
- Curious, eager to learn, and open to new challenges
- Availability for ideally at least 12 months
- Capacity to work between 10 and 20 hours per week during the semester
