Job Summary
Collaborate with designers, product managers, data scientists, and developers to define problems and create high-fidelity design solutions for Virtual Assembly Line tools. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing with our expanding user base. Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces while refining your craft alongside senior designers. This role supports the transition of 1.5 million households to renewable energies through our virtual power plant platform.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field in a German University
- Very strong written and spoken English skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process
- A strong grasp and command of Figma
- A sense of quality for intuitive user experiences, interaction patterns, and visual design
- A finger on the pulse of design trends and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive, positive, and energized attitude
- Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, data scientists, and developers to define problems, lead research initiatives & create high fidelity design solutions for new and existing features
- Quickly understanding complex models & problems, and designing intuitive, elegant, user-centric solutions
- Facilitating and executing qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing with our rapidly expanding user-base
- Work remotely (Germany-wide)
