Job Summary
Coordinate operational activities and support process planning, implementation, and continuous improvement across the organization. Create process maps, flowcharts, and visual guidelines while tracking action items and ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders. Assist in collecting and structuring business requirements, cleaning organizational data, and maintaining knowledge bases and compliance checklists. Participate in workshops and meetings to document discussions and prepare summaries. Work 20 hours per week as a student within an international team focused on securing raw materials for Europe's green future.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Must remain enrolled as a student for at least 1-2 additional years
- Availability to work 20 hours per week during the semester
- Strong interest in operations, process management, business analysis, and organisational effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Eligibility to work in Germany
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collect, document, and organise information in a clear and systematic manner
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable participating in meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with process mapping, workflow visualisation, or diagramming tools
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies
- Experience with data management, documentation, or knowledge management tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team
