Support production and maintenance standards implementation and develop improvement projects. Collect and analyze data from production and maintenance areas while conducting ongoing technical studies. Apply mechanical knowledge and English technical language skills to drive efficiency. Manage board information updates and department meetings. This role supports the Blaj plant's focus on linear motion systems, hydraulic components, and automotive sensors.
